The II "Power machines" Energy Conference takes place

Fifty students from specialized colleges within the "Machine-Building" cluster of the federal program "Professionalitet" along with their parents and teacher-mentors, were welcomed as guests at "Power machines". They participated in the II "Power machines" Energy Conference.

The meeting was held at the site of Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod (LMZ, a part of "Power machines"). To make the acquaintance with the company more interesting and vivid, the employees of the HR Directorate organized for the participants a meeting with the company's production managers, an interactive game "My Career", and a thematic QUIZ. Additionally, colleagues provided parents and mentors with a social facilities tour, acquainting them with working conditions and support measures for employees.
