Students of Ufa State Aviation Technical University (USATU) participated in the day of Power Machines

On September 28, Power Machines and the Ufa State Aviation Technical University held a day of Power Machines at the university as part of the creation of the Student Design Bureau (SDB) at the university.

Representatives of Power Machines told students about innovative projects and the prospects for corporate development, as well as career opportunities for the future young professionals.

Enrolment for the SDB USATU is already taking applicants. Students in their fourth year of a bachelor's or specialist's degree, as well as 1-2 years into their master's, can become an employee at SDB. Students will have opportunities to solve real engineering and design tasks, obtain work experience, a monthly stipend, and will be able to continue working at Power Machines immediately as 3^rd class design engineers after graduation.

The students’ work at SDB will be supervised by both USATU teachers and Power Machines specialists. The space of the design bureau is equipped with modern computers and multimedia devices, as well as comfortable workplaces.

USATU became the fifth university-partner of JSC “Power machines”, a company included in the top five largest producers of power-generating equipment. The company's student design bureaus have already been established and successfully operate at the National Research University MPEI, Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
