Students and teachers of foreign universities visited Power Machines

Power Machines hosted a delegation of students and postgraduates from India, Croatia, Belgium, Australia and other countries as part of the «International Polytechnic School of Power Industry» of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

Traditional student visits to the production sites of Power machines are held in the course of the cooperation program between St. Petersburg's power engineering company and the Polytechnic University.

Attendees of the «Winter School» of the Polytechnic University visited the shops of the Leningrad Metal Plant, where they got acquainted with the process procedure for the production of steam turbines and attended lectures held by representatives of Power Machines on the main types and advantages of turbines manufactured by the company.

Apart from the participation in SPbPU «International Polytechnic School» Power Machines are managing a number of educational projects in cooperation with top class universities which train engineers and technicians. Thus, Power Machines organizes practical training sessions with the possibility of employment in the company, production site tours and meetings with the employees. The company also develops a corporate training center and supports specialized departments of the universities.
