"Power machines" took part in the Tatarstan Petroleum and Gas Chemical Forum

The Tatarstan Petroleum and Gas Chemical Forum brought together leading industry specialists from Russia and Central Asia – manufacturers of gas and oil equipment, oil, and gas production and processing enterprises, as well as service and exploration companies. The 2023 forum marks the 80th anniversary of oil production in the Republic of Tatarstan.

JSC "Power machines" representatives took part in the forum events – Director of Strategy Dmitry Ostapchuk and Deputy General Designer Sergey Oskin.

As part of the round table "Sustainable Energy as a Driver for the Development of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Industry Enterprises," Sergey Oskin told participants in detail about the product line and new solutions of "Power machines" for the oil and gas industry, which may be in demand for tackling the challenges of import substitution, enhancing energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of production.

In particular, this is the first domestic F-class gas turbine GTE-65, which also packs the potential to use thermal energy recovery complexes based on the organic Rankine cycle, expander-generator units, variable-frequency electric drives for driving compressors of various capacities, electrolysis plants for the production of hydrogen and oxygen, an oxygen-fuel energy complex based on the Allama cycle, as well as wind power plants with a 5.3 MW capacity as a drive for compressor units.
