Power Machines takes part in the International Industrial Trade Fair INNOPROM

On April 5 - 7, 2021, Power Machines, the Russian power engineering company, will take part in the "INNOPROM. Big Industrial Week in Uzbekistan” Trade Fair held in Tashkent.

The purpose of the event is to arrange a platform for Russian companies to enter the market of Uzbekistan, the most important importer of Russian industrial products. The trade fair is focused on smart industry. Organizers are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The trade fair presents products and services of the transport, road construction, and power engineering sectors, the metallurgy, chemistry, fuel and energy industries, and automation.

Power Machines will participate in the group stand of the Ministry and present exhibits on mastering the production of Russian medium- and high-power gas turbines. The stand representing the exhibition model of GTE-170 gas turbine with a 3D visualization facilities was visited by the delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister for Investments and Foreign Economic Relations - Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov and Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

- Power engineers of Russia and Uzbekistan are bound not only by partnership obligations, but by a common history and long-term relations. At present, Power Machines continues to execute contracts in Uzbekistan for the modernization of three power plants – Syrdarya TPP, Farkhad and Tupalang HPPs. "We are working on the projects for the construction of small-scale hydroelectric power plants," said Pavel Podorozhny, Advisor for services to the General Director of Power Machines.

As part of INNOPROM, "Power machines" presented its new product - the high-capacity gas turbine GTE-170, completely designed and manufactured in Russia. This type of equipment was developed with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

For the purposes of partnership development in 2020, Power Machines established a representative office in Tashkent with a network of project management offices at the work sites.
