Power Machines is working on a basic design for the predictive diagnostics system for the high-power gas turbine
As part of the program to create the first fully domestic high-power gas turbine, "Power machines" specialists are developing a basic design for the predictive diagnostics system for the GTE-170.1 gas turbine. At the current stage, they plan to create diagnostic algorithms together in collaboration with the leading sectoral research institutes — the Company's partners.
The basic design was preceded by the preliminary design, which allowed for the working out of the technical appearance of the system, the principles of operation, and design solutions.
The most significant result of the basic design will be the development of diagnostic algorithms that provide detection of automatic deviations during operation.
Completion of the development and manufacture of GTE-170.1 remote monitoring and predictive diagnostics system is scheduled for 2022. After the commissioning of the GTE-170 first production unit, during the trial operation, the functioning of diagnostic algorithms will be checked, predictive models will be tested, and the user interface will be improved.
