“Power machines” holds the II music festival of industrial enterprises SM-FEST

The "Power machines" open-air musical festival SM-FEST-2023 gathered amateur musicians from the largest industrial companies – leaders in power engineering, energy, shipbuilding, and aviation from St. Petersburg as well as other regions of Russia – in the Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod premises.

"By creating this project, we sought to show that, apart from representing complex processes and high technology, production also houses an environment in which everyone gets to unleash their creative abilities. SM-FEST confirms that: our festival brings together production and plant workers from different cities of Russia. SM-FEST is a prime example of the fact that unique, multifaceted, and truly talented people work in the domestic industry," said Alexander Konyukhov, CEO of JSC "Power machines".

The festival program involves 20 bands of enterprises from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, and Kaluga: Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod, Electrosila, Kaluga Turbine Works, as well as the Severnaya Verf, Arsenal, Nevsky Plant, Tupolev enterprises, OKBM named after Afrikantov, "AEM technologies. Izhora", TGC-1, "Gazprom Komplektatsiya", "Rosseti Lenenergo" and "Rosseti Cable Network", each performing songs in such genres as rock, pop, jazz, blues, and others.

The festival site hosts activity zones, children's and photo zones, an open food court, a lottery, and a whole range of workshops. Over 2,000 people attended the celebration – employees of "Power machines" and partner companies, their relatives and friends.
