"POWER MACHINES" HELDS THE 2ND MASTERS FORUM

100 line managers took part in the "Power machines" Masters Forum II, which was held on February 17.
At this annual meeting, participants share their professional experiences, solve practical problems, ask questions of supervisors, and get to know their colleagues. This year, the Forum gathered 100 masters from LMZ, including Procurement production and Turbine Blades Production, as well as from SMTT and Electrosila.
In five groups, they worked on various problems and then defended the solutions they found before a panel of experts. They sought answers to questions about goal setting, production planning, interaction with related services, efficient use of equipment, and staff development.
There was a heated discussion about the proposals of the masters, some initiatives were accepted and taken up by the leaders who answered questions, acted as experts in the working groups or conversely opposed the defense of the projects. Among them: Alexey Sadkov, Deputy General Director for Production-Director of LMZ, Elena Solovieva, HR Director, Anton Grebenshikov, Director of Electrosila Plant, Khamit Fattakhov, Director for Continuous Improvement of Production, Dmitry Antonov, Deputy Director of Electrosila, and the heads of the Production and Technical Departments of LMZ and Electrosila.
The Forum ended in the LMZ assembly hall with the traditional honoring of the best participants: more than 40 people in seven different categories. Each of them received a diploma and a nice gift. The ceremony was also attended by the masters' significant others. The Forum was followed by a social gathering and a friendship tournament at the bowling center.
