"Power machines" takes part in the International Forum-Exhibition Russian Industrialist. There will be an extensive program at the company's booth, including demonstrations of innovative solutions in the field of import substitution, as well as discussions and public speeches addressing important issues such as technological sovereignty, training of engineers and workers.
Alexander Konyukhov, General Director of "Power machines", spoke at the plenary session "Personnel for Technological Sovereignty. Key Tasks for the Education System", organized by the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the development of pre-school, school, secondary vocational education and educational activities with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
During the conversation Alexander Konyukhov pointed out the relevance of the issues of labor training and technical specialties for the country's industry and emphasized the efficiency and importance of further development of the federal program "Professionalitet", in the projects of which "Power machines" is actively involved.
"The development of educational programs in vocational technical schools helps to raise the prestige of blue-collar professions and provide rapid, high-quality training for skilled workers. This meets both the needs of people who want to enter a sought-after and well-paid profession, and the tasks of industrial companies that produce modern high-tech products," said Alexander Konyukhov.
Alexander Konyukhov also participated in the panel discussion on socio-economic and scientific-technical development "Infrastructure, Human Resources and Legislation for Technological Sovereignty".
