"Power machines" and "Movement of the First" united to train future machine builders
"Power machines" became the first partner of the regional branch of the All-Russian Public State Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" in Saint Petersburg. Within the framework of cooperation, joint projects are planned aimed at popularizing engineering and working professions and ensuring the quality training of specialists for power machine building.
The general cooperation agreement was signed by Tatyana Poletaeva, Deputy General Director for Personnel Relations of JSC "Power machines", and Egor Kireev, Chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" in Saint Petersburg.
As part of the agreement, "Movement of the First" became a partner of "Power machines" in the field of training personnel. There are plans for joint projects to popularize engineering and working specialties in power machine building, as well as cooperation in the scientific and practical sphere.
“Cooperation with the "Movement of the First", focused on schoolchildren, is a new impetus and new opportunities within our youth career guidance and personnel trainings. It is at school that the choice of future life path begins. Our task is to captivate children with power engineering, to show them possible paths of training and development, and to introduce them to modern high-tech production and experts in mechanical engineering,” said Tatiana Poletaeva.
“Not only teachers but also industry specialists should be involved in shaping the pre-professional skills of schoolchildren. "Power machines" is an enterprise that has unique competencies and a huge educational potential. We are aimed at joint systematic vocational guidance work,” emphasized Egor Kireev.
