"Power machines" signed a general partnership agreement with Kazan State Power Engineering University (KSPEU). The parties plan to implement joint programs of targeted training of specialists in the field of development, production and operation of modern power equipment.

Within the framework of the Russian Energy Week, JSC "Power machines" and Kazan State Power Engineering University (KSPEU) signed a general partnership agreement. The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The document was signed by Dmitry Ostapchuk, Strategy Director of "Power machines", and Edvard Abdullazyanov, Rector of KSPEU.

Within the framework of their collaboration, the company and the university intend to implement joint programs focused on training engineers in the development, production, and operation of modern power equipment. KSPEU is already providing training for specialists in digital control and automation systems. Additionally, the university is prepared to swiftly adapt its curricula for disciplines such as gas turbines, equipment for renewable energy sources (especially wind power), and energy storage systems. The goal is to graduate the first cohort of masters in these fields as early as 2026.

“The cooperation agreement with Kazan State Power Engineering University, which is one of the fundamental universities in the Russian power industry, is a natural and significant development in our endeavors related to career guidance and training. "Power machines" has opened a branch in Kazan, where specialists are engaged in designing control systems, and working there could be one of the logical career tracks for graduates. We appreciate the university's management for their focus on addressing the industry's staffing needs, and we are delighted to have found a major and reliable partner in Kazan University," noted Dmitry Ostapchuk, Chief Strategy Officer of "Power machines".
