For reference:

For the Russian company Power Machines, Vietnam holds a special place among the countries of Southeast Asia in terms of the number of completed hydropower projects. With the participation of the Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod and «Electrosila», which are part of Power machines, Thak-Ba HPP, Hoa Binh HPP, and Chian HPP were built. Since the 2000s, “Power machines” took part in the construction of the Ialy, Khan Don, Se San-3, and Playkrong hydropower plants.

Today, some promising areas of activity of Power Machines in Vietnam include modernization of existing facilities and construction of new generation facilities.
