Open Doors Day at LMZ on the Occasion of the Plant's 165th Anniversary

Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod hosted an Open Doors Day—a holiday for the company's employees and their families, dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the plant.
The program of the event included production tours, visits to a special design bureau for gas turbines and a history museum, as well as many other activities: scientific shows, lectures on the energy industry, master classes, a New Year's performance, competitions and raffles.
More than 2,000 people joined the tours in one day. The guests got acquainted with one of the oldest industrial enterprises in Saint Petersburg and learned how equipment for power plants is designed and manufactured.
Holding Open Days is a long-standing company tradition aimed at developing teamwork and strengthening employee loyalty.
