More than 200 students of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University took part in the Power Machines Day

In the context of creating a student design office, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) and Power Machines held a Power Machines Day at the University.

- “The creation of a student design office is a new format of our interaction with Power Machines,” noted Vitaly Sergeev, Vice-Rector for scientific work of SPbPU. – “Involving students in the challenges of the enterprise is an extremely interesting goal, as it gives young people a very important experience – a practical participation in solving real problems of modern energy and power engineering.”

- “It is pleasant to see high interest in the idea of ​​creating and participating in the student design office, both from the university and from the students,” said Alexander Ivanovskiy, General Designer of Power Machines. “I am sure that our cooperation will be rich, mutually beneficial and will create a solid foundation for the development of the domestic design school of power engineering.”

St. Petersburg Polytech is one of three educational institutions of Higher Education, where Power Machines opened recruitment for the student design office (SDO).

Activities on recruiting students in the SDO are carried out both at the MPEI National Research University and at the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI).
