"Power machines" Puts into Operation the Latest Modification of the In-House Designed and Manufactured Charging Station for Electric Cars

"Power machines" has put into operation the latest modification of the in-house designed and manufactured charging station for electric cars, which supports all modern standards and charging protocols.

The first "Power machines" fast-charging station of modified design, installed in St. Petersburg at 283A Ligovsky Avenue (in the area of the covered parking lot of the Lenta hypermarket), will become part of the city infrastructure available to users of electric cars and will operate free of charge during the trial period.

‘The experience in electrical engineering and the expertise of "Power machines" design offices enable us to meet current market demands—we design, manufacture and provide consumers with energy equipment that's in demand, including charging stations. The strong localization of "Power machines" facilities is in line with the goals of creating national production and strengthening the country's technological sovereignty,’ Alexander Ivanovsky, General Designer of "Power machines", said during the event.

Electric charging stations, a new product in the nomenclature of the global power engineering company "Power machines", have passed the entire test cycle and are certified for compliance with the specified characteristics and safety requirements, as well as Russian and European quality standards.

"Power machines" charging stations production program complements the Russian government's approved concept for the development of electric transport in Russia by 2030. "Power machines" has a wide range of competencies and is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of a complete cycle and deep localization product—charging stations with a power range of up to 350 kW, suitable for passenger cars, public electric vehicles and special vehicles.

"Power machines" power equipment meets the requirements of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade to receive state subsidies for the purchase and connection of power plants. Today, "Power machines"' production facilities are ready to start serial production of up to 1,000 modifications of charging stations per year.

Electrosila's trademark on the first commissioned power plant is a tribute to the long experience and electrotechnical know-how of the "Power machines" plant, whose specialists have implemented the latest developments of the company's design offices.

Benefits of "Power machines"' charging stations include a modular design that allows flexible configuration of capacity for specific infrastructure needs, an autonomous operating system, remote technical condition monitoring and diagnostics, and support for all methods of cashless payment.
