Timur Vladimirovich Lipatov was born in 1980.
He graduated with honors from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute and MNEPU Academy with degrees in thermal power engineering and management.
In 2012, he gained an MBA degree from European School of Management and Technology (Berlin, Germany).
In 2002-2007, he held various technical positions in Russian Thermal Engineering Research Institute, Technopromexport and Enel OGK-5.
In 2007-2009, - Director of Capital Development of OGK-3.
In 2009, he joined E.ON Russia as Chief Operating Officer for Capital Construction, in 2011, was appointed Vice President of New Construction and Strategic Organizational Development of the company.
In 2015-2018, - Chief Executive of LLC Inter RAO — Management of Electric Power Plants.
Timur has more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry.
