OJSC “Power Machines” announces new appointment in its management staff. Andrey Nesteruk has been appointed Director, Corporate Governance and Law, for OJSC “Power Machines.”
Andrey Nesteruk will be in charge of corporate, legal and property issues of the company. “Power Machines is a unique Russian mechanical engineering enterprise the products of which are well known in most of the countries of the world, the prospects of production in the coming years promise interesting and highly intensive work,” Andrey Nesteruk said. “The objectives and tasks of my current occupation are all-round legal protection of the company’s interests in the sphere of unique patents and other property objects currently held/owned by the company, as well as contractual work with Russian and foreign customers and suppliers,” he stated.
Andrey Nesteruk was born in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from the International Law Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and was qualified as a specialist in private international law.
His started his professional career in 1993 at Macleod & Dixon law firm. In 1995 he joined the Russian representative office of Siemens where he has occupied various positions till present.
In 1995 – 1998 he worked as a lawyer with Siemens in Russia. From 1998 till 2003 he was the head of the legal department of the company in Russia. From 2003 till 2004 Andrey Nesteruk was in charge of the legal department (Russia and Belarus regions) at Siemens.
Starting 2004 he was in charge of the Legal and Tax Department (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan regions) at Siemens LLC. Mr. Nesteruk was handling legal and tax issues of the Siemens projects in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, participated in and managed the projects related to establishment of new companies and restructuring of the assets acquired by Siemens.
