On May 20, the Power Machines held an annual Open Day for employees and their families. This year, the holiday, which was attended by over a thousand people, was held at the Elektrosila plant, which celebrates its 120th anniversary this year.
The territory of the event divided into zones allowed guests to get acquainted with the past and the present of the legendary plant; to visit excursions in workshops where turbo and hydrogenerators are produced and get acquainted with the features of their production, evaluate the musical talents of their colleagues who have become the hallmark of the program; and also take part in a variety of competitions and scientific shows.
Also on the territory of the plant, there was an action organized by the Power Machines together with the charity fund "Give me wings." All collected funds were sent to the fund to help in the rehabilitation of children with ICP.
– The Open Day is a unique opportunity to have a look at a complex, high-tech production, to see where, how, under which conditions your nearest and dearest people are working, - welcomed the guests Vladimir Rabchenya, the director of Electrosila. - Our company is at the forefront of the electrical industry and successfully implements sophisticated projects, but the soul of the plant are the people. We are proud of our team – it is their hands that produce these high-tech products. I am sure that many of today's guests will one day come to work at the Power Machines and the Electrosila.
