Staff Changes at PJSC Power Machines

For the purposes of improving the company's overall performance, developing its engineering and the sales clusters, as well as improving its performance in the Russian and global markets, PJSC Power Machines performed a number of staff changes.

Alexei Kultyshev, who earlier worked as General Designer, was appointed PJSC Power Machines Vice-General Director - Sales Director.

Alexander Ivanovsky was appointed PJSC Power Machines General Designer. He will also continue working as the CEO of the Engineering Support Administration.

Nikolai Fokin, who earlier headed the experimental design bureau of the PJSC  Ufa Engine Industrial Association, was appointed Vice-General Designer.

Yuri Sunyayev, formerly Vice-General Director - Sales Director, left the company.

Curriculum Vitae

Alexei Yurievich Kultyshev was born in 1982. He is a Candidate of Science (Engineering) and an associate professor of the Ural State Technical University. He graduated with honors from the Ural State Technical University with a degree in Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Units and Engines (engineer). From 2002 to 2006, he worked as an engineer at  the Ural GIProruda Institute. In 2006, he was promoted to designer engineer, and vice-head of department of the Special Turbine Design Bureau, head of department of the Special Turbine Design Bureau, and vice-head designer of the Special Turbine Design Bureau.  In 2011, he became Chief Designer at the JSC Ural Turbine Works. Since June 2017, he has worked as General Designer at PJSC Power Machines.

Alexei Alexandrovich Ivanovsky was born in 1981. He is a Candidate of Science (Engineering). He graduated with honors from the Ural State Technical University with a degree in Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Units and Engines (engineer). From 2004 to 2010, he worked as a design engineer, bureau head, and vice-head of steam turbines department of the JSC Ural Turbine Works. From 2011 t0 2015, he worked as Head Specialist for Turbines, and Head of Engineering Department at the JSC SOYUZ Power Development Corporation. In 2016 and 2017, he worked as the head of Engineering Office at PJSC T-Plus. Since 2017, he has held the position of the PJSC Power Machines Engineering Support Administration.

Nikolai Ivanovich Fokin was born in 1975. He graduated from the Ufa State Aviation Technical University with a degree in Aircraft Engines and Power Units (design engineer). From 1999, he worked as an engineer, vice-head of design team, head of a design team, and head of the NPP Motor design bureau. From 2012 to 2017, he headed the experimental design bureau of the OJSC Ufa Engine Industrial Association.
