Power Machines OJSC, one of the leading power-plant engineering companies worldwide, announces the new CEO of the Taganrog Boiler-Making Works «Krasny Kotelshchik», Power Machines group company, on March 1, 2016.
Aleksandr Andrianov made a decision to leave the company.
On February 10, 2016, the Board of Directors of PJSC TKZ «Krasny Kotelshchik» elected a new CEO - Aleksandr Popov, who until recently held the CEO position in Olenegorsk Mining and Processing Integrated Works (Olcon JSC), Severstal group company. Aleksand Popov will assume the office on March 1, 2016.
"I am sure that Aleksandr Popov's competence and experience will help him succeed in further raising of efficiency of the company. The strategic priorities of «Krasny Kotelshchik» are as follows: most efficient capacity utilization, reduction in contract performance periods, cost reduction, expansion of the range of manufactured equipment, and development of business system projects aimed at establishment of the infrastructure for continuous enhancement and development of corporate culture," Roman Filippov, Director General of Power Machines, commented on the event.

Aleksandr Nikolaevich Popov
Mr Popov was born on April 15, 1976 in Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo Oblast. He finished Kuzbass State Technical University with a degree in Corporate Economy and Management in Construction.
He has worked at Severstal since 2006. From 2006 to 2007, Mr Popov was Director for Capital Construction at Kuzbassugol; from 2007 to 2009, Director for Procurement at Vorkutaugol. From 2009 to March 2011 he was Director of the Vorkuta Transport Enterprise, Vorkutaugol. He was appointed CEO of Olcon JSC in 2011. Mr Popov worked as CEO of PJSC TKZ «Krasny Kotelshchik» since March 1, 2016.
